Excellent EX Certified Designer Leanne is an Organisational Development practitioner and recently certified EX designer from Auckland, NZ. Her background includes working in consulting and internal roles focusing on Culture, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Employee Engagement and she's a passionate advocate for human centred design. She has two sons, a dog and a cat and loves a good coffee, reading, going for walks and ending the day with a gin and tonic. She's currently on a family OE travelling through the US, Italy and France, so can share tips around travelling with 2 young kids if anyone is interested.
